My passion, purpose, and path is to help you become the hero in your life.
A direct and compassionate mirror, I reflect the power, beauty, and possibility of who you are – as well as how you stand in the way of your own becoming.
You are a powerful, valuable, and essential being. My commitment is to resolutely stand for you and the vision you have for your life. In the process, you’ll learn how to stand for yourself as well as create the beliefs, habits, and change necessary to live into your vision.
When you make an unequivocal stand for you, your life, and your vision, positive effects ripple through your life, your family, community, and the world.
You are imperfect and inevitably flawed
— and you are beautiful.

A Little About Me
I help people breakthrough barriers using their natural gifts and inner strength to achieve a greater vision for their lives. By doing so, we are able to discover the gold nugget hidden in the challenge/s you are currently facing.
I earned two Master degrees and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. My Virginia clients typically submit claims to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
I worked as a therapist for 20 years in VA. That led me to awaken to my own dreams: traveling with my kids. It is why I became an Online Counselor & Life Coach.
I homeschool two of my three children so they can feed their curiosities and grow to their natural bend. I like to use Real Life as curriculum and immersion when possible.
I grew up overseas moving every two years. The exposure to many cultures and experiences were helped shape my belief in extraordinary beauty and potential of people.
Happiness begins when are unapologetically and authentically you. ~ Lauren Trecosta
When You Hold Back
We are born with two fears: a fear of falling and a loud noises. Over time we acquire three more: a free of failure, rejection, and the future.
They are well-intended fears; meant to keep us safe. Too safe.
Often they keep us from feeling the very energy that make us feel alive.
When You Are Fully Present
When you are unapologetically and authentically you, you are aware of who you are at your core.
You are able to assert yourself, lovingly stand your ground, and chart your way.
You allow yourself to have a vision that is truly fulfilling and ecstatically yours.
